What is the minimum stay?
Three months. We offer monthly and yearly stays only — no nightly or weekly bookings.
Is this a villa?
No. We are a homestay: private units with their own bathroom in a small, family-style compound with a shared mini pool. That is why our prices are much lower than renting a villa.
What is included in the rent?
Wi-Fi, water, housekeeping, weekly linen change, the shared mini pool and garden, maintenance, and electricity up to a monthly allowance.
How can I pay?
Wise, Visa or Mastercard via Stripe, PayPal, or BCA bank transfer. Payment details are only sent by our CS Admin on WhatsApp or from info@homestaybali.com.
