Booking fee

3-month stays
Full rent and deposit before or on check-in.
6- and 12-month stays
Rent every three months in advance; deposit at check-in.

A written receipt for every payment, plus a rental agreement for your full stay.
Quick answers
Can I pay monthly?
Three-month stays are paid upfront. Six- and twelve-month stays are paid every three months in advance.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Tell us 30 days before your end date. If the unit is free, you move to the rate that matches your new total stay.
Who pays card and transfer fees?
Card, PayPal and international transfer fees are paid by the guest. Wise and BCA transfer are usually the cheapest options.
